Endless "Pasta-bilities"

Yesterday was such a great day! It was one that I'll look back and remember forever :) It started off great by getting things done and being outside for a while. Then Kallin and I went to the Pizza Pie Cafe with my brother and his family! A buffet of pasta, salad, and pizza? Yes PLEASE! It was divine! We had so many embarrassing moments happen while we were there hahaha. We laughed and had fun together!

The second half of the day we hung out with our neighbors! We went on a hike, drove around blasting music in the car, and watched Tangled :) I laughed and smiled the whole day! These were all little things, but I love the small things that make life worth living :) Thanks for the great day everyone! "This has been fun. Real fun."

Oreo dessert pizza and pepperoni!!!

This life is full of "Endless Pasta-bilities" and I love it!

Fathers

"A father is someone who carries pictures in his wallet where his money used to be."

"Someday I will find my prince charming, but my daddy will always be my king."

"The best thing a father can do for his children is to love their mother."

There's so much to say about my dad. I'm ALWAYS laughing when I'm with him :) I love that he brightens my life. He blessed me when I was a baby, and he baptized me. He is an amazing example of Christ, and he has been there for me my whole life. I can't even express how thankful I am for him. He's amazing with children. He will wrestle with my nieces and nephews for hours. He's EVERYTHING!

One of my favorite things about my dad is that he's so patient. Living in a family with 6 girls shows how patient he is haha. On our trip to California, for example! Kallin, my mom, and I would take a long time to get ready or take hours on something that he could do in minutes. He was always patiently waiting :) That's just ONE example of the many times he has showed patience, along with other great qualities. Here are some pictures I took of him waiting (he's on his phone to keep himself entertained!), along with pictures of him throughout my life. I love you Daddy!

Father's Day is such an amazing holiday! I love being able to show appreciation for my earthly AND Heavenly Father. Both of them have helped me become who I am. I love FATHERS!

Early Bird

Pretty much all my life I've never been someone that sleeps in way late, unless for all nighters or different circumstances ;) I used to wake up at home around 8 during the summer. Lately I find myself waking up at about 6 on my own. I guess that's not really weird for older adults, but for teenagers it might be.

No matter how late I get to bed, for some reason I wake up as soon as the sun hits the room haha. At first I was a little frustrated and wished I could sleep in, but waking up early has actually become a blessing. I used to not really know what I should do for hours. Sometimes I'd just lay in bed trying to sleep more before my roommates woke up, or until I had to be somewhere... but now I've decided to study my scriptures in the mornings instead of nights :)

It's been SO much better! I have hours to study if I want to :) It's like Heavenly Father has been personally waking me up every morning to read my scriptures! ;) Life has been full of work this summer and sometimes busy, but having my scripture study in the morning has been amazing! I LOVE LIFE!

New Apartment!

My first year of college was awesome! Snow Hall was fun, learned good lessons, and made new friends :) I'm now living in Old Farm for the summer and next school year. Kallin and I moved in on May 5th. It took us a little while to get everything situated, but finally got it put together. Work and school are close, and we have good neighbors! Here are pictures of the apartment, and our first two meals together! ;)
